Level 2:  How Student Appointments Work

You’ll be learning all about how we accept payments, handle rescheduling and cancelations.

1. How Parents Pay

Parents pre-pay for ALL appointments.  If you do not see an appointment on the calendar with your student, DO NOT show up to the appointment.  This means the parent has not paid for the upcoming session.  Send me an email or a Voxer to let me know you do not see a session on the calendar.

Parents will be able to log in and purchase time after they log in.  Parent Login page is found on the homepage in the navigation menu here.

IMPORTANT: If parents reschedule 3 or more times in a month, please let Adrianne know!

2.Google Calendar + Rescheduling + Attendance

Google Calendar is where we schedules all lessons and appointments with families.

Tutoring is 40 sessions for 2x per week and 60 sessions if they choose 3x per week. Payments are averaged out over the semester.

Summer there are 12 tutoring sessions with 2x per week tutoring.

Families are NOT allowed to cancel, they can only reschedule.

Make sure to mark if parents come to sessions or not. (You do not need to share that with families).

Also make sure to reschedule sessions in the Google Calendar and leave a note why it changed. That way parents can keep track why it was rescheduled.

IMPORTANT: If parents reschedule 3 or more times in a month, please let Adrianne know!

3. Student No-shows or Tardiness

If a student is late just because, do not extend the session. They don’t get additional time unless there was tech issues.

No rescheduling for tardiness or no shows, unless it’s an extreme circumstance.

4.  Our Policies for Tutoring

Rescheduling ONLY! No cancelling sessions!

Students need: earphones, hard wired mouse, webcam & high-speed internet in order to receive online tutoring.

Payment is averaged out over the semester. Accounts are charged on a monthly basis.

Media release info: We have the rights of all videos and photos of students. We do ask permission from parents first before putting them on the website for marketing purposes.
